Che Adams becomes the latest Scot to join Serie A after the 28-year-old nears a move to Italian Serie A side Torino. Adams scored 17 goals in 46 games for the promoted Saints and was linked with Everton and other clubs.
Adams joins the likes of Aaron Hickey, Louis Ferguson as well as Josh Doig who have played in Italy. In the case of the latter two, they still ply their trade in Italy, whereas Hickey secured a big-money move to Brentford.
It’s a testament to the players coming through in Scottish football.
