Hello, good evening I hope you’re well, sports fans, looking after yourselves and are in good health. I want to talk to you sports fans, an issue important to me, my health.

Since the-sports-buff.com launched in March 2021, due to in part lockdown and the need for the sporting community to be told stories from the world of sport, in the angle of The Sports Buff.

We have laughed together, shared big sporting news together but hopefully we won’t have to cry together ever. It’s come close to that, these past three weeks. I, Ayyaz Malik, the chief sports writer of the-sports-buff.com am writing this article to say thanks for your support and sorry for no articles in this time.

By the blessing of the All Mighty, I am about 90% back to full health, which explains why you will see this. The virus is at a delicate stage and I have found it to be quite energy zapping ordeal.

Your support means the world. When, by God’s will I get back to a full recovery, I will be making vlogs which will go on our website or can be found on many platforms such as Youtube.

Here’s to praying for good health, but The Sports Buff will be back in full flow, once I have fully shaken off this virus God willing.
