British driver Norris has been a man-possessed since the F1 season reconvened after the summer break and has been chasing down World Championship leader Max Verstappen. The 24-year-old Norris has made real inroads into the three-time World Champions lead at the top of the driver’s championship.

Last weekend, the weekend gone saw Norris eat another eight points from his lead at the top of the championship. At this point, the difference between Verstappen and Norris is 62 points, which can get whittled down very quickly.

World Champion Max Verstappen hasn’t won in seven race weekends, which is pretty much two months. The Red Bull driver does have a decent 62-point lead at the top, but this weekend could have ended worse for Verstappen.

Next up in the F1 calendar is the Azerbaijan Grand Prix at Baku City Circuit, Baku on race weekend from 13-15th September.
