This is how the match turned out. Two second-half goals would see off the German side, who were not able to add another Champions League crown to the 1997 title that they won.

Sadly for Borussia Dortmund, they have fallen short at Wembley as they did 10 years ago. With Real, having all but completed the signing of French superstar Kylian Mbappe, the rest of Europe should be very afraid, surely another sustained period of Real dominance awaits.
