The Sports Buff ⚽️ ⚾️ 🏈

Hello, good morning sports fans, I hope you’re well, looking after yourself and in good health. Sports fans, we need to talk; we need to dispel some myths, well, sort of.

For the football fans amongst you, you might be forgiven for thinking that Chelsea and Brighton are linked together in some way, considering the number of times that they do business together.

Did you know, as per BBC Sport, it’s eight times that Chelsea and Brighton have dealt with each other? I don’t think the deal for Valentin Barco is counted in that, but that was a move via Strasbourg, so the clubs found a ‘loophole ‘ with that one.

Chelsea and Aston Villa are tied in first place. That’s mind-exploding! Morgan Rodgers to Chelsea, Emi Martinez to Chelsea, and Nicholas Jackson to Chelsea are three high-profile moves completed in this window.

So there you have it, some sports information you might not have known last night. You’re welcome.
