Luke Littler has once again triumphed in the biggest stage in darts after his dominant 7-1 victory over Gian van Veen.

‘The Nuke’ lost the first set in the match, which led many fans to believe it would be a close game, but van Veen just could not compete despite his high scoring.

The Dutchman was contesting with Littler in the first few sets, but gradually fell off after multiple unsuccessful checkouts.

Just like in the semi-final against Ryan Searle, the 18-year-old came close with a few nine-darts attempts, but just couldn’t quite wow fans in that factor.

In an astonishing statistic, Littler has only lost once at the Ally Pally as he has performed in three consecutive World Championship finals.

The only loss he holds is in his debut against Luke Humphries, losing 7-4 which was just the beginning of his promising darts career.
