One of the most entertaining leagues continued to shine with plenty of goals and some shocking victories.

The second week of the Sky Bet Championship kicked off on Saturday.

In an exciting match, West Brom defeated Wrexham 3-2 away from home as Isaac Price’s brace was enough to seal the three points and place him as the current top scorer of the league.

An eight-goal thriller was produced at Derby County, put it didn’t got The Rams’ way as Coventry City won 5-3, giving Frank Lampard’s side their first league win of the season.

Norwich City earned a 2-1 triumph away to Portsmouth thanks to goals from Harry Darling and Josh Sargent.

Preston North End snatched three points from Leicester City as Milutin Osmajic’s 85th minute goal gave The Lilywhites a 2-1 victory.

Sheffield United’s traumatic run continued after suffering a 1-0 defeat away to Swansea City with Ronald scoring the only goal of the game.

Stoke City kept their rich run of form with a 3-0 win away to Sheffield Wednesday as The Potters sit at the top of the Championship.

Luca Kjerrumgaard’s brace was enough for Watford to hold on to their first triumph of the season, beating QPR 2-1, although Imran Louza was sent off, the only red card of the week in the league.

Bristol City vs Charlton Athletic ended goalless as they shared a point they should be happy with, considering that there were not many shots on target.

Middlesborough earned a dominant 3-0 win away to Millwall, which included a first goal of the club for Alfie Jones who has proved to be an important summer signing.

Birmingham City came from behind to defeat Blackburn Rovers late thanks to Lyndon Dykes’ 98th minute winner, occurring after Jay Stansfield’s 90th minute successful penalty.

Moving into the two Sunday games, Ipswich Town and Southampton were held to a 1-1 draw which included an own goal from Taylor Harwood-Bells and a first goal for 18-year-old Jay Steven Robinson.

Finally, Oli McBurnie displayed an incredible performance, earning two assists before scoring a 93rd minute winner to give Hull City a 3-2 win against Oxford United.
