Oli McBurnie officially become a ‘Tiger’ after Ipswich Town and Swansea City lost the race for the Scottish player.
The 29-year-old joined from La Liga side, Las Palmas, scoring three times and assisting six goals in 34 games.
The Leeds-born footballer has had stints in the Premier League with ‘The Blaydes’ and ‘The Swans’, while having spells in the Championship with the same teams, as well as Barnsley.
After signing on a three-year deal for ‘The Tigers’, it seems like the East Yorkshire club will want to make the most of McBurnie’s stay.
Hull City have been on a rampage with completing signings in the couple of weeks.
The Tigers signed Trabzonspor forward, Enis Destan, on a free transfer before acquiring John Lundstram on loan from the same club.
Speaking of loans, Sergei Jakirovic also signed Manchester City winger, Joel Ndala, on a one-year deal, before signing Sheffield Wednesday defender, Akin Famewo, on a free transfer.
With the signing of McBurnie, it increases their confidence and options as they head into their first league game of the season against Coventry City on Saturday.
