Premier League giants Chelsea have agreed a £54 million fee for Wolves winger Pedro Neto. The Portuguese star still needs to do his medical, before the move is completed, which shouldn’t be a problem.

Once this deal is completed, which should be a mere formality, this would take Chelsea’s spending to £200 million. There was a player exchange mentioned in the deal, but Wolves just wanted a straight cash deal.

The 24-year-old who joined Wolves from Lazio in 2019, made 135 appearances, scoring 14 goals. Those stats might not tell the whole story, but Neto is a very dynamic and even one can say explosive winger, who will add a creative spark to Chelsea’s right-hand side.

He is a great signing for Chelsea if they can fit him into the side, but for Wolves a massive loss and follows their recent trend of selling key players.
