Anthony Joshua continued his renaissance with a bruising win over Francis Ngannou. Joshua, who impressively beat Stefan Schwarz last time out, appears to be a man who is forcing the boxing world to listen.
Gone is the man, who seemed to be the media darling and gone is the man who seemed to be bright white squeaky clean. It’s been something I have been ultra critical of, the fact that AJ just seemed too PG.
In WWE terms, it’s like The Rock getting trapped in the current era of WWE. This version of AJ, although at times has been cringe and embarrassing, has talked a talk and walked it in the last two fights.
Surely it’s onwards and upwards from here.
