Steve Cooper has been sacked as Nottingham Forest boss, words which in my wildest dreams never want to be reading.
The former Swansea manager has been given his marching orders after The Pine Trees have won one in six games.
Despite Nottingham Forest’s difficult form, fans were unwavering in their support for Welshman Cooper.
As reported by several media outlets, former Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo is in talks with the club to take over.
The former Porto goalkeeper did help Midland rivals Wolves get promoted and helped them to consecutive seven-place finishes before he was sacked.
