Premier League side Everton have confirmed they will be moving into their new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in line for the 2025/2026 season.

The Merseysiders had kept their options open. They were considering moving into their new home during the 2024-25 campaign open, but that will now be the final full season at Goodison Park instead.

The decision not to move mid-season was driven by commercial and logistical reasons and supporter feedback.

Former owner Fahad Moshiri who was looking for investment in the club to help keep the building of the new stadium on track, sold Everton to 777 Partners.

The American firm will be hoping that they can pass all the verifications that the FA ask for as they look to help get this sleeping giant awake again.
