Tottenham Hotspur ended their recent three-game losing streak with a spirited draw against champions Manchester City.
The Lillywhites who had been the early season Premier League pace-setters, took the lead in this epic see-saw Sunday evening tussle, which went end to end.

This is a shocking statement to say in itself, but City did concede some very poor goals. This latest result sees Man City winless in three.
For visitors Tottenham they’ve ended a three-game losing streak to ensure they’re still in touching distance of the top five.
This result was all the more impressive for The Lillywhites as they had no James Maddison or Christian Romero for this epic clash.

In previous matches, it’s been Tottenham who have been throwing away leads, but this evening it was Man City who would throw away a lead.
This game between the two sides was full of emotion, where a draw was just about the fair result.
Next up for Tottenham is a game against West Ham, which will be far from easy. As for City, they have a tricky visit to Villa Park to negotiate.
In seasons gone by, a trip to Aston Villa might have seen The Blues leave with all three points, but as far as this season is concerned, that’s far from certain.
