England captain, leading scorer and Tottenham record goal scorer Harry Kane looks set to join German champions Bayern Munich after an agreement in principle is in place.
Bayern, who have tried to sign the 30-year-old all summer, have seen several bids for Kane being turned down.
The latest bid, a reported £86.4 million, has been the bid which has made even Daniel Levy, one of the toughest negotiators in world football not being able to say no.
All that’s left now is for England Tottenham striker Harry Kane to agree on the deal.
Harry Kane has scored 280 goals in 435 appearances and is just 48 goals short of Alan Shearer’s all-time Premier League record.
If Kane does sign for Bayern Munich, then one can’t begrudge the England striker. For many years he has been a loyal service.
Several of Kane’s teammates, such as Kyle Walker and Luka Modric left the club and have won trophies galore elsewhere, which would have not gone unnoticed by Kane.
The only problem left for Tottenham is to find a replacement. That’s easier said than done.
