USA’s and Israel’s on going war with Iran has affected two Grand Prix races, the Bahrain Grand Prix and rhe Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, which were both due to be next month.
Although formally not announced, a decision on this matter is set for the weekend. The Bahrain Grand Prix was scheduled for 12th April and the following week was meant to be the Jeddah Grand Prix.
Alternate venues in Europe were suggested to repalce these two race in the middles East, but it’s been accepted by the powers that be, that time is too short to rearrange.
As a result of thexe enforced changes, the F1 calendar will be rduced to 22 races.
