Friday night witnessed an incredible turn-around as Preston North End went from 2-0 down to win 3-2 against Sheffield United.

Moving into Saturday, Stoke City returned to winning ways after defeating Portsmouth 1-0.

Coventry City took advantage of Javi Garcia’s 10 men to beat Watford 3-1.

Jack Clarke’s 83rd minute goal stole three valuable points for Ipswich Town in their 1-0 win over West Brom.

Bristol City’s only shot on target was a vital one as Sinclair Armstrong’s goal against Birmingham City made them strong promotion contenders with a 1-0 win.
