I have news, news which you football fans would have been waiting for all summer. It’s not news that England have won 2024. Maybe by the end of the month, I could have such news, but for now dear reader, I want to tell you next season’s Premier League fixture list is out.

Headline matches for the opening day sees Championship runners-up face up against Arne Slot’s Liverpool. This match-up promises to be a good one as both men have been in high-demand this summer.

Other opening day matches to bear in mind are Manchester United vs Fulham, will be played on Friday, the curtain raiser of the 2024/5 campaign, this game will be far from easy for The Red Devils, but with Erik Ten Haag staying until at the of the coming season at least, is maybe what United needed (stability) .

There’s something resembling peace and calm at United, surely Man United can use this a building block. Newcastle host play-off winners Southampton and last season’s Championship winners Leicester take on Tottenham.
