No, this isn’t a typo, nor are you mistaken. Harry Edward Kane, or as he’s commonly known, just Harry Kane, has moved to 11-time defending Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.

After several years being linked with a move away, he’s finally free! Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus were all linked, even Manchester United and Manchester City too.

It was a case of the damsel (Kane) being in distress, but none of the football clubs that were linked with the England captain, couldn’t tame the dragon.

Our dragon in the story is surely Daniel Levy, right? He’s been as fierce as one surely, on the negotiating table at least.

Despite all the clubs that were linked with the Tottenham record goal scorer, it wss only Manchester City two seasons ago, seemed serious on getting the Tottenham man.

If Levy is tough to buy from, Txiki Begiristain is tough to sell too. If the Man City Director of football doesn’t like a deal, he walks away.

The Harry Kane negotiations would be one and now Chelsea full back Marc Cucurella the other.

This refusal from City to play ball, upset the Tottenham vice-captain Kane, who came back to training late.

Harry Kane must have given up hope of moving to a club that could give him trophies, after the handshake and gentleman’s agreement debacle.

But cometh the hour cometh the Bayern. They like centre-forwards in that part of Munich. After all, Robert Lewandoski broke records there, as well as Mirsolav Klose and Mario Gomez weren’t bad either.

To bring it further back, Ali Daei was another iconic player to play for The Bvarians. The signing of Harry Edward Kane, continues a happy tradition for Bayern.

Whereas most of the Premier League might be sad, two people will be happy, we think. One is Alan Shearer, the record goal scorer in Premier League history.

The Newcastle legend jokingly posted a picture of him personally flying Kane to Germany, just to protect his Premier League goal scoring record. The other person might be surprising.

Everton’s Abdoulaye Dacoure is the other I think (can’t say for sure).

Why we say that is due to the embarrassing antics of the England captain, when he dropped to the ground theatrically after minimal contact from Dacoure when the sides last played each other last season.

If you wanted to get out of Tottenham, try performing in the West End plays, Broadway. Based on that incident, you have a knack for acting and being theatrical.

Harry, you also have a knack for finding the back of the net. The football community in the UK,will miss you not being in the Premier League no doubt , but Bayern fans no doubt are waiting in anticipation.

They need a goal scorer, that’s all some fans have ever known, for Bayern Munich to have an elite number nine.
