For the first time since 2021, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton will start on pole for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

Ever since that final race of the season in Abu Dhabi some three seasons where Lewis Hamilton lost that epic race, the man himself seemed to not be the same driver since.

It appeared that Hamilton was prepared to walk away from the sport altogether. The Mercedes driver was at an all-time no, so the F1 community wouldn’t have wanted to go out like this.

The man is only good as his machine it is said, but not always. In qualifying, Hamilton produced a sensational lap.

F1 community, let’s not get over-excited about just one qualifying lap, but Lewis Hamilton’s performance in Hungary, shows a lot of reasons for the Formula One community shouldn’t give up on Lewis Hamilton just yet.
There’s life in the old dog yet.
